The collection sees Jonah introduce his personal take to the iconic Samba silhouette and on the classic basketball short, casual chino, and puffer jacket

This season, adidas Originals and Jonah Hill return with a carefully curated apparel and footwear collection. Expanding upon their collaborative partnership, the collection draws inspiration from Jonah’s upbringing in Los Angeles in the 90s, and marries his influences in both music and fashion. With Jonah’s own personal history serving as the inspiration for the garments and footwear, the result is a look that is timeless and elevated with a subtle edge.

The collection begins with a re-imagined iconic Samba silhouette. Serving as an ode to one of Jonah’s favourite shoes in the adidas archive, this unique take on the low-cut silhouette is inspired by the multihyphenate’s childhood growing up during the 90s. The sneaker itself is comprised of a tonal full grain leather and suede upper with a gum rubber outsole. The Jonah Hill Samba includes embroidered handwriting in tonal neon hits, hidden sentimental details, and the collaboration’s signature fat laces. Available in three colorways, mineral green, noble maroon, and tech copper, Jonah’s take on the instantly recognizable silhouette is at once a look back in time and a celebration of the future.

Moving to apparel, the collection boasts premium takes on classic looks. Driven by an appreciation for quality, simplicity, and timeless aesthetics, the apparel on offer has been designed with the aim of achieving more by creating less. First up, the JH BB Short is Jonah’s take on a casual basketball short silhouette. Comprised of heavyweight mesh with a premium knit waistband, the shorts are elevated with subtle details such as a JH insignia stitched hidden stash pocket. Next, the JH Chino Pant echoes a similar approach to premium apparel and is made up in a twill weave with an elasticated waistband. Finally, the JH Puffer Jacket features premium down padding and is comprised of rip-stop polyester. Each of the JH BB Short, the JH Chino Pant, and the JH puffer jacket is then available in matching mineral green, noble maroon, and tech copper colorways. Meanwhile, the JH BB Short and JH Chino Pant are also available in adidas exclusive off-white and black colorways.
