Converse has collaborated with the streetwear brand Rokit for a limited edition capsule collection, inspired by the subcultures of L.A.

Rokit is a label born in the Flower District Downtown of Los Angeles, a place from which it draws great inspiration: the populous streets, the noise of the skeateboards wheels on the hot blacktop, the fervent subculture, represent the driving engine of the brand, which shows through an urban, functional and refined style.

For their collection, Converse and Rokit have reworked the classic silhouette of the Chuck Taylor 70 in an unedited version, inspired by the changes from the urban LA basket: upper in totally black leather and fabric, ton-sur-ton stripes that recall the lines of basket “Half court” field, Rokit logo on the sole and the “All Star” logo embroidered in black.

The capsule is also composed of some apparel items, such as a hoodie and a vest, both designed to balance versatility, functionality and metropolitan style.

Converse x Rokit expresses contemporary aesthetics through an essential monochrome, focusing significantly on details: subtle, strips, logos, premium materials; all the elements that make this collection effective and recognizable.
