Tobias Birk Nielsen is a Danish designer, founder of the homonymous brand and creator of “ISO POETISM”: a project created to promote future collaborations with young international designers.

ISO POETISM offers a vision of Birk Nielsen’s stylistic code never seen before: it focuses on minimalist research, typical of the Scandinavian style, influenced by a series of ethnological “incursions” from other countries, based on the expressive orientation of the designers it works side by side.

The first ISO POETISM capsule, “OCEAN OF (DIS) BELIEF” was born in collaboration with ORBITgear, a talented designer from Jakarta: the result is a collection characterized by captivating, functional garments, focused above all on the research and creation of organic fabrics, natural dyes and mash-up style.

Here, the simple language of Tobias Birk Nielsen is transformed into a more material, structured and urban concept, expressed through the use of technical fabrics, rainproof parkas, vests with cargo pockets, hooded sweatshirts that almost entirely cover the head, hats in hi-tech fabrics with a wide brim.

Each jacket is finished with different pockets, strings and straps to customize the fit, reinforcing its charm.
